Committed: Met while I was in a desperate need of a ride. The company was committed to another customer but stated they would look out for me later.
True to their word: Later that night, after standing two hours in the cold with NO ride available (no fault to Coast Transportation) and here comes Zayden (Coast Transportation) looking out for me and took us home.
I would request their service again in a heartbeat!
